A Taste of Slinger

Restaurants from the Slinger area presented samples of their food at the "Taste of Slinger" which was held on October 13th, 2004.   The Scenic View Country Club, located in Slinger, WI hosted this event.  The social event included a social hour followed by dinner. 

The menu included appetizers from Finish Line and Fiesta Susanna's, soup from Patti O's, entrees from White Tail Inn, DeCristo's, Schwai's, Linden Inn, and Karina's Cafe. 

There was dessert from Sweet Creations, wine from Village Beverage Center, and coffees from Buds 'N Beans.  Nehm's Floral and Ribbons and Roses provided the table centerpieces.  Music was provided during dinner.

The Slinger Advancement Association, which sponsored the event, recognized new businesses that have moved into the Village in 2004, and also recognized the Volunteer of the Year.

Proceeds from the dinner are used for community improvement projects.
